Entertainment Earth have put up a new listing for a new assortment of Rescue Bots Rescan toys. Rescue Bots Rescan Wave 9 is set to feature a new version of Medix – previously hinted at on a cross-sell on the back of the Heatwave Rescue Rig box. This version of Medix will be the same size as the other Rescan Rescue Bots, and adds to the speculation that Medix will be joining the Bots in Season 4 of the show.
According to Entertainment Earth, the assortment will also feature Bumblebee, Boulder, and Heatwave. It is possible that this Heatwave will also be a new interpretation of the character – the image on Entertainment Earth shows a different Heatwave entirely, so it is left open just which version of Heatwave this is going to be. On that logic, the Boulder pictured could also be the wrong picture, and end up being the new one we just saw, rather than the dump truck one pictured, but do not take that as read.
