TFW2005 boards member daimchoc has just brought to our attention (via both Eric John A. Cruz of Cybertron Philippines and 咩酱赛高) some news regarding an upcoming Platinum Edition release. First revealed to us a short while ago in some TRU computer listings, we now have our first images of the Planet of Junk Clash set! Commemorating the 30th anniversary of 1986’s much-beloved Transformers: The Movie, this set is meant to represent the Planet of Junk scenes, containing the following characters:
• Wreck-Gar
• Autobot Hot Rod
• Junkion Scrapheap
All of these figures are reuses of molds we’ve gotten in the past with some minor deco changes – we have a few images of the boxed set (including some pretty fun little bios) waiting for you to check out after the break, and be sure to stay tuned to TFW2005 for more info as it comes out!
